I represent clients in personal injury cases, such as car and truck accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death/fatality cases. I also defend individuals facing litigation from accidents. In employment law, I represent employers in administrative hearings, and defending wrongful termination and discrimination litigation. I also advise employers on issues ahead of litigation. I began my trial practice as a prosecuting attorney in 2007, litigating felony and misdemeanor criminal jury trials. I transitioned to civil litigation in 2010 and expanded my practice to include representing clients in business litigation and personal injury disputes.
