I graduated in 2018 from Mitchell Hamline College of Law. I am a member of the West Virginia state bar as well on the Family Law and Intellectual Property Committees.


I grew up in the coal fields of West Virginia, and was a teacher for nine years before obtaining her law degree.

Born in a small Central Kentucky town, my family moved to West Virginia chasing the dream of self-employment. I went to college at Marshall University where I graduated cum laude, and then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law. Country roads brought me home to WV with a fresh law degree and a job at a respected regional defense firm. I am a USPTO registered patent attorney with a broad-based national and international intellectual property practice. My practice areas include patent, trade secret, trademark and ICANN dispute resolution, copyright, image and privacy rights, performance and entertainment law, cyberspace law, and IP business start-ups. I am also an electrical engineer with considerable experience in mid to high volume product design in the general areas of digital and analog signals and systems and control systems for the medical and instrumentation fields.
