I am a sole practitioner who has more than 10 years experience serving Jefferson County. I am a former President of the Jefferson County Bar Association. I am a 1999 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, where I was an editor of the school sponsored Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review. My practice concentrates in the areas of Domestic Relations, including paternity, child support, mediation and juvenile matters; along with general civil matters mainly devoted to real estate matters.

Jaired is a Missouri native, born in St. Louis, raised in the Kansas City area, and settled for the past several years with his wife and children near Salem. In October, Jaired’s family started a new chapter in their life, moving near Rolla. While Jaired has not yet opened a physical office location in Rolla, he considers both Rolla and Houston to be the locations of his practice.
