He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California in 1979, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida in 1982. Thomas P. ('Tip') McCabe has extensive criminal defense experience having practiced as an Assistant Public Defender in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He has represented hundreds of defendants at the preliminary hearing level and at the Court of Common Pleas.
