I have been practicing trial, domestic, juvenile and criminal law since 1983. Over the past five years I have focused on Criminal law and Delinquency in Juvenile Court.

Mr. Boiano graduated from the University of Rhode Island with his B.A in English and continued on his education at Mississippi College School of Law. I have been practicing family law for 38 years. I am a TN Supreme Court approved mediator and have been mediating family law issues since 1992.My practice primarily includes Divorce, Custody, Child support, Modification of parenting plans, Contempt, Pre-Nuptial agreements and Juvenile Court cases.
