Kansas native, graduated from Kansas University Law School in 1982. Engaged in private practice of law, practice limited to civil matters; personal injury, consumer matters, landlord tenant, estate planning, real estate and business transactions.

I utilize my longtime business management skills to guide clients toward efficiency and security, whether starting a new business, planning the future of their estate, or dealing with a unique problem.

Tom Pyle was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas and the United States District Court of Kansas in 1996. Tom is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and received numerous awards and commendations while in law school, including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Torts, Business Entities, Legal Malpractice, Interviewing and Counseling, and Banking Law, as well as the Wright and Greenhill Award for Torts from the Texas Supreme Court. Tom was a Board of Regents Scholar at Texas Tech University School of Law.

Samantha has been licensed since 2000 and has collected well over a million dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered personal injuries. We have represented clients involved in serious highway tractor-trailer accidents and clients involved in more minor auto accidents. We have also assisted numerous clients whose family members have been abused and/or neglected while in the care of nursing homes. Samantha was previously employed by an insurance defense firm, which has given her valuable insight into the manner in which injury cases will be defended by the insurance company. Gary Denning has practiced law in Central Kansas for over 30 years. He has lived in Salina since graduating from Salina Central. His legal education was at The University of Kansas.

Gary has taken a leadership role in the Salina community, having been elected to the Salina USD 305 School Board 4 times. He has also been on the governing boards of Ashby House, DVACK, and the Salina Parks and Recreation Commission.

In addition to representing the parties to divorce and custody cases, he has also represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in dozens of Central Kansas cases.
