Tom Pyle was admitted to the Supreme Court of the State of Kansas and the United States District Court of Kansas in 1996. Tom is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law and received numerous awards and commendations while in law school, including the American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Torts, Business Entities, Legal Malpractice, Interviewing and Counseling, and Banking Law, as well as the Wright and Greenhill Award for Torts from the Texas Supreme Court. Tom was a Board of Regents Scholar at Texas Tech University School of Law.

Samantha has been licensed since 2000 and has collected well over a million dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered personal injuries. We have represented clients involved in serious highway tractor-trailer accidents and clients involved in more minor auto accidents. We have also assisted numerous clients whose family members have been abused and/or neglected while in the care of nursing homes. Samantha was previously employed by an insurance defense firm, which has given her valuable insight into the manner in which injury cases will be defended by the insurance company.
