Benjamin Ybarra, Attorney at Law is a general practice that serves the Portland metropolitan area. I work with individuals and businesses in a variety of transactional areas and legal disputes.

Serving clients in Northwest Oregon, including St. Helens, Scappoose, Rainier, Clatskanie, and Astoria, since 1976. I have always advocated with thoroughness, passion, and compassion, for fairness and justice for all.

Born and raised in Clackamas County, attended Law School in San Francisco, came back to Oregon in 2012. Father of two boys. My practice is primarily civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate. I also handle personal injury actions, estate planning and probate, and landlord-tenant law.

After obtaining an MBA I worked for eight years in various aspects of commercial real estate including syndication analysis, consulting, brokerage and appraisals. I have been practicing law since 1992. I clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice during my 2nd and 3rd year of law school. My law practice involves assisting local businesses with legal/financial problems, working with Oregon consumers whose needs are best resolved through the legal system, and assisting families with the administration of probate estates.
