If the opposition is unreasonable, we file a lawsuit and litigate as far as necessary. Sometimes a dispute is settled in litigation and other times we prepare for and conduct trials. I am Nicholas Pierce. I am a litigator who has represented hundreds of clients in legal malpractice lawsuits against their attorneys. Throughout my career, I have faced off against some of the largest and most formidable law firms in Texas. I hold licenses to practice in all Texas courts and the Southern District of Texas, and I have served as counsel in various lawsuits nationwide. Dana Andrew LeJune was born in Beaumont, Texas in 1956 into a Cajun, rice sharecropping family. He graduated from French High School there in 1975. In 1976 he began his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and received his B.A. in History three years later. He taught Government and History at French High School through May, 1979, when he began law school.
