I put myself through College, served 3 years in the Kentucky National Guard, 4 years on active duty in the US Army, left the Army to attend law school at the University of Louisville, started my own practice shortly after law school. While I concentrate in criminal defense and workers' compensation, I have represented a fair number of clients on civil cases and have formed a respectable number of business entities.

I have grown up in Maine attending Erskine Academy and UMaine Orono. I obtained my law degree in Connecticut (Uconn Law) and returned to practice near my home.
