Born in Mexico City, Attorney Cesar Tavares grew up in northern Utah and joined Arnold & Itkin LLP in 2014. Cesar served his church as a volunteer missionary for two years and then went on to earn degrees at Utah Valley State College, Brigham Young University, and Harvard Law School. He graduated from all three institutions with honors. Ashley Pribble is an accomplished Marine Corps vet and former jet pilot of which is now a personal injury lawyer serving Houston, Texas. A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Ashley Pribble is an attorney at The Krist Law FIrm, P.C. and spends 100 percent of her time litigating personal injury cases.

Cynthia Hardy Smith comes to Alford, Sinkule & Lazarz LLP from the Office of the Attorney General. As a Deputy Attorney General (D.A.G.), Cynthia spent ten years vigorously defending the interests of the people of the State of Texas in a variety of personal injury actions including automobile accidents, train accidents and slip and falls. She also defended railroad claims brought pursuant to the Federal Employers Liability Act.
