Rebekka is a litigation associate whose practice areas include family law, criminal law and civil litigation. She graduated from Widener University School of Law where she was the Vice-President and Colloquium Coordinator of Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Pennsylvania Bar Representative of the Student Bar Association. After taking her legal studies abroad to Switzerland, Rebekka was delighted to return to her home town to practice law.

Shannon is a transactional associate with experience in real estate, estate planning and probate law. Shannon graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with her bachelor degree in Political Science in 2008 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. A St. Mary’s County native, she is a graduate of Leonardtown High School. After missing family and the waterfront in Southern Maryland, she and her husband are thankful to have returned home to raise their family and be more active in the community they grew up in.

Bryan is a co-founder of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator. Bryan was born in Agana, Guam and moved to St. Mary’s County during his high school years when he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law. In the late 1980s, Bryan returned to St. Mary’s County as a young lawyer. His practice areas include family, civil, criminal, and traffic litigation matters. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, especially during basketball season.

Rose has been an attorney since 1994. She is a member of the Calvert County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. She is currently the president-elect of the CCBA, having served formerly as its treasurer and secretary. Rose was law clerk to the Honorable Steven I. Platt of the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County and practiced law with her father, George A. Wilkinson, in Hyattsville, Maryland, before starting her own law practice in Southern Maryland. Cameron joined our firm after serving as law clerk to the Honorable Julia B. Weatherly, known across Maryland as one of the most experienced jurists in family law matters. Cameron’s extensive “behind the scenes” education while serving as clerk is invaluable to her clients who face the prospect of appearing in court for a family law matter. Cameron is a trained mediator and has been since 2008, with a focus on child access mediation. She is currently a Court Appointed Mediator and is assigned mediation cases by the Court as well as accepting private mediations.

Law Practice: I am very lucky to work with my father, Franklin Olmsted, and my brother, Edward Olmsted, in our general practice. Most of my work is in the field of domestic relations, criminal law and personal injury cases while my brother does most of our wills and estate work. I have been practicing since December 2003. Mainly, I practice in estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, and Probates. I also prepare Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other estate planning instruments. In addition, I handle adoptions, name changes, and contract reviews, as well as some landlord-tenant issues.

Along with working as an attorney, I have been an adjunct professor with the College of Southern Maryland since 2007. Currently, I teach Business Law I.

Anjelica is a litigation associate who graduated with an Honors Concentration from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student she was competitively selected for a journal position in Hofstra’s Family Court Review. During her second year she was promoted to Managing Editor of Articles. Anjelica moved around as a Navy child finally landing in St. Mary’s County her freshman year of high school where she attended Great Mills High School.

Jessica has many years of experience in Charles County handling complex zoning, subdivision, and administrative law matters. She has represented many large developers and local businesses. As part of that process, she actually created several of the Home Owner’s Associations in Charles County. Jessica is well known to the local real estate community, and the members of our local government. Jessica heads up our zoning & land use, home owner’s association, and corporate law departments.
