Alon Nager graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. He is a member of the Maryland and Pennsylvania Bar, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to Law School, Mr. Nager graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from The State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Nager primarily focuses on areas in which he excels, such as bankruptcy, insolvency, debt settlement, and foreclosure.

Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs.
