Since 2007 our office has been dedicated to representing San Francisco and Sacramento area employees and victims of serious injuries in a wide range of employment, wrongful termination and injury cases. Individual approach to each client and each injury or employment case is what distinguishes us from other attorneys, as we recognize that each case is as different as each person who has been either injured or aggrieved by their employer.

Since 1993 I have been prosecuting negligent corporations and people who have hurt my clients. My main focus is to help injured people and their families. I have tried approximately 20 trials to verdict. I am on the Board of Consumer Attorneys of California and I am the defacto president of the San Joaquin County Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Gomes was raised in Siskiyou County, California. He graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Political Science in 1996, and obtained his Juris Doctorate and certificates in public interest and high technology law from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1999.
