Chris Cooke has been a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan for 33 years. He began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he tried over 100 misdemeanor jury trials and more than 60 felony jury trials. He later entered the private practice of law where he worked in the insurance defense field conducting numerous arson and fraud investigations. He also developed a strong subrogation practice and expanded his defense knowledge into the liability field.

I provide mediation services to parties in litigation and non-litigation disputes, to help them achieve mutually agreed settlements of their disputes. With a background as General Counsel and lead Litigation Counsel for several major companies, and more recently as an Attorney Magistrate for the 86th District Court, I now focus my practice on mediation of civil disputes and Elder/Adult Guardianship mediations. Kathryn M. Walker graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Law School where she received the Craig T. Spangenberg Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy for her work in the Michigan Clinical Law Program, representing a variety of clients in state and federal court. In the spring of 2010, Ms. Walker wrote a successful petition for rehearing en banc and, subsequently, submitted a supplementary brief to the Sixth Circuit.
