Ken Leiser is a criminal defense lawyer based in the St. Louis metropolitan area. He also represents clients who have been cited for moving violation in the state of Missouri. Ken has first chair jury trial experiene and has successfully argued substantive motion on behalf of his clients at the trial court level and before the Missouri Supreme Court. Before entering private practice, Ken was a trial lawyer with the Missouri State Public Defender system.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ken was a professional journalist who wrote for publications in St. Louis and California.

I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present. All the bankruptcy judges in Missouri, in both the Western and Eastern Districts, know my work and know me personally. My 30+ years of experience will serve any client well in bankruptcy matters.

Erin graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law. After graduation, Erin joined Reuter Law Firm, now known as Reuter Merkle Law Firm, as an associate attorney. She is a member of St. Catherine Laboure and involved in many organizations including: Heartland Industries, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), the Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Women Lawyers’ Association of St. Louis, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Affton Chamber of Commerce, South County Chamber of Commerce and Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce. In college, Mr. Pupillo worked as an investigator with the Missouri Attorney General's Office in the Division of Consumer Protection. During law school, B.J. was granted a Rule 13 Certification from the Missouri Supreme Court allowing him to litigate cases in open court prior to graduation.
