Darryl A. Jenkins practices in the areas of family law, juvenile law, and personal injury. Darryl received her law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law where she graduated in the top five of her class with magna cum laude honors. During her time in law school she was employed as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering Skills course, teaching legal writing and research skills to first-year students. Throughout her studies Darryl received best in class awards for the following courses: Lawyering Skills, Sentencing Law, Torts and Workers’ Compensation. I maintain a practice that focuses on family law, estate planning, bankruptcy, and general litigation. Additionally, I serve as the Municipal Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Cape Girardeau and practice criminal defense, primarily handling DWI matters, in counties outside of Cape Girardeau. I am admitted to practice in the State of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
