Mr. Schwanwede worked for the Bergen County and Camden County Prosecutor’s Offices for a total of 32 years. Throughout the 30 years spent at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, he served at various times as Chief of the Special Investigations Section, Chief of the Sex Crimes Section, Chief of the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force, Chief of Trial and as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years. He has tried virtually every type of case covered by the code of Criminal Justice, including narcotics conspiracies, adult and child sex offenses, white collar fraud, kidnaping, arson and murder.

Mr. Pastor received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Newark and his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers College. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pastor’s practice areas include civil litigation including personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment law and criminal defense including driving while intoxicated, traffic offenses, juvenile law, and indictable offenses.

Mr. Jacobs retired from a decorated 25-year law enforcement career as a lieutenant and unit commander within the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Camden, NJ, after serving in several command positions. During his law enforcement career, he investigated and supervised thousands of cases, including physical crimes, complex theft and fraud, official misconduct, political corruption, organized crime and administrative matters. Mr. Jacobs has instructed at police academies and agencies. He was a featured speaker for a public records lecture sponsored by LexisNexis, at Seton Hall Law School.
