Mr. Branco served as an assistant prosecutor for over 23 years in the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office in the State of New Jersey. During his tenure with Cumberland County, he served in multiple supervisory roles as Section Chief in the Major Crimes Unit, Organized Crime Bureau, and the Cumberland County Narcotics Task Force. Mr. Point had engaged in the private practice of law (with the firm of Acton and Point) for 45 years before joining the firm of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. on July 1, 2012. He has represented the Woodstown National Bank and Trust Company, the First National Bank of Elmer, the Borough of Woodstown and the Township of Pilesgrove. Mr. Schwanwede worked for the Bergen County and Camden County Prosecutor’s Offices for a total of 32 years. Throughout the 30 years spent at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, he served at various times as Chief of the Special Investigations Section, Chief of the Sex Crimes Section, Chief of the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force, Chief of Trial and as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years. He has tried virtually every type of case covered by the code of Criminal Justice, including narcotics conspiracies, adult and child sex offenses, white collar fraud, kidnaping, arson and murder.

Mr. Jacobs retired from a decorated 25-year law enforcement career as a lieutenant and unit commander within the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Camden, NJ, after serving in several command positions. During his law enforcement career, he investigated and supervised thousands of cases, including physical crimes, complex theft and fraud, official misconduct, political corruption, organized crime and administrative matters.
