Mr.Conley was an Assistant Prosecutor for a total of 31 years; he served 12 years as the section chief of the Homicide and Crime Scene Investigation Units in the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. He served as police legal advisor for 13 years providing legal advice to the 41 law enforcement agencies that operate within Camden County. Additionally, Mr. Conley was certified as an instructor by the New Jersey Police Training Commission and acted as an instructor at the Camden County Police Academy on numerous occasions during the course of his career.

After working as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Talbott, J.S.C. (Ret.), Mr. Luther served as an Assistant Prosecutor for over 25 years. Mr. Point had engaged in the private practice of law (with the firm of Acton and Point) for 45 years before joining the firm of Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. on July 1, 2012. Mr. Branco served as an assistant prosecutor for over 23 years in the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office in the State of New Jersey. During his tenure with Cumberland County, he served in multiple supervisory roles as Section Chief in the Major Crimes Unit, Organized Crime Bureau, and the Cumberland County Narcotics Task Force. Mr. Schwanwede worked for the Bergen County and Camden County Prosecutor’s Offices for a total of 32 years. Throughout the 30 years spent at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, he served at various times as Chief of the Special Investigations Section, Chief of the Sex Crimes Section, Chief of the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force, Chief of Trial and as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years. He has tried virtually every type of case covered by the code of Criminal Justice, including narcotics conspiracies, adult and child sex offenses, white collar fraud, kidnaping, arson and murder.

Mr. Jacobs retired from a decorated 25-year law enforcement career as a lieutenant and unit commander within the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Camden, NJ, after serving in several command positions. During his law enforcement career, he investigated and supervised thousands of cases, including physical crimes, complex theft and fraud, official misconduct, political corruption, organized crime and administrative matters. Mr. Jacobs has instructed at police academies and agencies. He was a featured speaker for a public records lecture sponsored by LexisNexis, at Seton Hall Law School.

Mr. Pastor received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Newark and his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers College. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pastor’s practice areas include civil litigation including personal injury, workers’ compensation, employment law and criminal defense including driving while intoxicated, traffic offenses, juvenile law, and indictable offenses.
