Robert was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and his law degree from The University of Nebraska College of Law. He has worked for Cada Law since he was an undergraduate student. Robert is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Catholic Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (NATA), Lincoln Independent Business Association and has been elected a state delegate to the Nebraska Republican party. Robert is also a member of the Holy Name Society at Immaculate Conception Church and is a third-degree Knight of Columbus.

John Stevens Berry, Sr. has appeared in court in 24 states and two foreign countries. Following his military service, he was briefly associated with the Henry B. Rothblatt Offices in New York in 1970 and 1971, where he tried a number of high-profile cases. He returned to Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1971 and has continued to have a regional criminal trial practice. David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. David joined the firm in 1991, and is a partner.

Theresa M. Siglar, J.D., M.S. Taxation, C.P.A., primarily practices law in Lincoln, Nebraska, specializing in the areas of debtor bankruptcy, selected creditor bankruptcy defense representation, tax preparation, civil litigation, will and estate preparation, and criminal defense, specializing in drug cases. Theresa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Theresa graduated from American University, Washington, D.C. with her Master's in Taxation, and passed the Certified Public Accountancy examination.
