Miriam C. Hadden, Esq. is an attorney with more than sixteen years of experience serving clients in Essex, Clinton, and Franklin counties. She is a former prosecutor, having worked as an assistant district attorney prosecuting criminal matters, and an assistant county attorney, prosecuting family court proceedings. My main area of practice is civil enforcement of New York State environmental laws and regulations for the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). Prior to practicing law, I worked as an environmental consultant in New Hampshire.
