Joshua D. Vera is an associate attorney in the Intellectual Property Division of Sanders Law Group with a focus on copyright infringement. Mr. Vera takes great pride in advocating on behalf of his clients and ensuring the rights of intellectual property owners are respected.

Jacqueline Mandel is an attorney at Sanders Law Group and is a member of the Copyright Infringement team. Prior to joining the team, she avidly defended her clients in contract disputes, evictions, criminal defense actions, and other civil matters. She has trial and litigation experience and is now looking forward to bringing those skills to defend the intellectual property rights of our clients.

Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

I advise on a broad range of copyright trademark, licensing, trade secret, right of publicity, privacy, corporate transactional and litigation matters. Prior to opening my firm, I worked on intellectual property and general corporate issues at an academic publishing house. I also clerked with Chief Judge Khalida Rachid Kahn at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Before I entered law, I performed bass and taught music.
