Five years ago, Lindy Moody started her law practice as an Assistant District Attorney for the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office. After years of dedication and hard work, all while moving up the ladder, Lindy made the difficult decision to branch out into another focus of the law.

Lindy left her position as the Elder Abuse Prosecutor and began practicing in the private sector. Her new focus and caseload involved worker’s compensation and personal injury litigation. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law. I practice real estate and probate law in Tennessee and Georgia. My focus is on resolving title issues for developers, investors and lenders. Prior to that, I worked in the nuclear and custom machinery field for two years after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree of electrical engineering.
