Andrew T. Flynn is a 2011 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. While at SIU, Andrew was a member of the School of Law’s Trial Team that successfully competed in several national trial competitions. Prior to joining the Lawler Brown Law Firm in 2017, Andrew worked at Tetzlaff, Flynn & Associates, P.C. in Marion, while focusing on Divorce and Family Law, Guardianships and Estates, Criminal Defense, and Business Formation and Transactions.

Ralph Elliott has been engaged in the practice of law in Freeport, Illinois since 1981. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Summa Cum Laude, earning Phi Beta Kappa recognition in 1978.He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1981. Ralph is admitted to the practice of law in the state of Illinois, the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois (including the Trial Bar), the Central District of Illinois, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Devin C. DiDominicus was born in Granite City, Illinois. He received his law degree from DePaul College of Law in Chicago, Illinois where he won awards for his superior performance in trial advocacy, litigation strategies, and securities law. After spending time with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, he returned to southern Illinois to open his own practice. While practicing on his own, he handled family cases, including complex and contested divorces, as well as criminal and testamentary matters. Counselor DiDominicus now works with the firm of Swanson and Sackett, P.C.

I am a United States Army Veteran and the founder of Markell Estate Planning and Elder Law, which I established in 2014. My firm focuses on estate planning, probate (both contested and non-contested), and elder guardianships. I often work with business owners, real estate investors, and high-net-worth clients. My business succession team is adept at transferring legal ownership of LLCs, C-Corps, and other forms of ownership across generations, ensuring smooth transitions for family businesses. When I am not assisting my clients with their legal needs, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four children.

Rebecca completed her juris doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in May of 2001, after completing her undergraduate political science degree at Southern Illinois University in May of 1998. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Gerald R. Solomon of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas and entered private practice in 2003. After 9 years in private practice in Pennsylvania, she returned to Southern Illinois. Rebecca is a wife and mother and enjoys the outdoors, running and yoga. She loves Southern Illinois and is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community.

Christina Willman earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2018. She received a degree in Agribusiness, Cum Laude, upon graduating from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2015. While in law school, Christina was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team. In addition, Christina was a student attorney in the Clinical Law program, focusing on estate planning and general litigation. She also has completed legal internships at Vermeer Corporation, a manufacturer of industrial and agricultural equipment in Pella, Iowa, and the Michigan Farm Bureau.
