Mark has over 30 years experience in personal injury and litigation. After law school, Mark worked on Wall Street at the world renowned law firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Later, he joined the family personal injury practice where he enjoys hands-on, close contact with his clients. --Mark lives in North Jersey with his beautiful wife, their three wonderful sons, and their friendly dog, Atticus.

Mr. Harris received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984 and his B.A. in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1981. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Harris is an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Harris has handled complex civil litigation matters including construction cases and personal injury cases that resulted in multi-million dollar settlements. He also practices extensively in the New Jersey Family Courts.

I have been a partner in a law firm since 1999 with Jeffrey Zuber. We work in all areas of civil litigation, transactional work and real estate. In addition, I am a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Jeff Charney has been practicing personal injury law and workers’ compensation law for over 35 years and has successfully handled thousands of negligence and workers’ compensation cases and brings this extensive experience to his clientele. Jeff Charney prides himself on his accessability to this clients and either through the telephone or in person; he will always make himself available.

Mr. Mikita is the Senior Partner and, along with Staci Roccanova, the founder of Mikita & Roccanova LLC. He was educated in the Edison Township school district earning his diploma in 1987. Mr. Mikita graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Mikita is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United District Courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the Federal 3rd Circuit.
