I have been a partner in a law firm since 1999 with Jeffrey Zuber. We work in all areas of civil litigation, transactional work and real estate. In addition, I am a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.

Jeff Charney has been practicing personal injury law and workers’ compensation law for over 35 years and has successfully handled thousands of negligence and workers’ compensation cases and brings this extensive experience to his clientele. Mr. Harris received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984 and his B.A. in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1981. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Harris is an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Harris has handled complex civil litigation matters including construction cases and personal injury cases that resulted in multi-million dollar settlements. He also practices extensively in the New Jersey Family Courts.

Christopher Markos joined Williams Cuker Berezofsky in 2012, bringing significant experience to the firm’s civil and human rights law practice. Public Interest advocacy has been his passion since law school, and he was recognized by the Rutgers-Camden School of Law with the prestigious Mary Philbrook Public Interest Award.

Mr. Markos began his legal career as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes of the New Jersey Superior Court- Appellate Division, conducting legal research and drafting bench memos, coordinating intake and advising Judge Fuentes on emergent matters.

Mr. Mikita graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from Seton Hall University School of Law.
