I am a Gainesville attorney with offices located at 418 Candler Street. I have been serving clients across Georgia for more than 40 years. My areas of practice include general law practice, accidents and job injuries, workers compensation, personal injury litigation, and Social Security disability. I have a special interest in accidents involving traumatic brain injuries and am a member of the Brain Injury Association of Georgia. To help me resolve legal issues out of court, I am a Certified Civil Mediator for alternative dispute resolution.

Chuck Pardue is a Vietnam veteran and a retired Army JAG officer. He assists clients with car accidents, medical malpractice, Veteran Disability Appeals, Social Security, and Probate. He has 30 years of private practice experience.
