Seth was born and grew up in Northern Michigan. Prior to and while going to college he worked in the construction field with a general contracting firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Oakland University in 1992. He received his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude, Law Review) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997. During law school, he clerked for a mid-sized, full service law firm as well as for the Michigan Attorney General’s office. Our practice is limited to Social Security/SSI disability. Our practice is located in a renovated older home, making it comfortable for people who may be uncomfortable in a typical lawyer's office. And, unlike many Social Security attorneys, we do appeal cases to Federal District Court if the case is justified.

Over 20 years actively practicing law in Southern Michigan. I was a partner at a large law firm for several years, but now I operate my own small firm. Because of that, we have significantly reduced overhead compared to large law firms. This means we can provide clients with the highest quality legal services at a lower expense.
