I am the founder of Belmares Law, PLLC. I focus primarily in the area of Criminal Defense, but also handle some Civil Litigation. As a former probation/parole officer and the son of a decorated homicide detective, my entire life has been connected to the criminal justice system. I've seen the inside of a prison, I know police tactics, and I've seen first-hand how our criminal justice system can be unfair.
