Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Michael Scholl graduated from Old Dominion University in 1990 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1993. I hail from Clarksville, Tennessee, where I have been practicing law for eighteen years. I am a second-generation attorney, continuing the legacy of legal practice in my family. I am married and have been for sixteen years, and together we have three children. In my practice, I focus on family law, handling cases that range from child custody and support to divorce, orders of protection, and domestic violence. I am fortunate to work alongside two wonderful assistants who have been with me for fifteen years, supporting our clients through their legal challenges.

I have successfully represented Tennessee injury clients for over 17 years. I have recovered millions for injured persons throughout Tennessee. I am currently married to my wife Amy going on 26 years. We are the proud parents of two grown boys. I am an avid and competitive golfer, poker player and shooter.
