Hello, I’m a semi-retired, long-time US attorney with substantial experience in business and corporate law. I counsel startups and small businesses, help them set up corporations or LLCs across the country and draft a variety of contracts and corporate documents.

My practice is primarily focused on representing individuals and small businesses in domestic tax compliance matters, including audit defense and defending against penalties. In addition to tax clients, I represent a select number of entrepreneurs, artists and athletes in business and personal matters.
