Linda Thomson graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. and Baylor University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. As a former hearing officer with 30 years of experience, she is familiar with the procedure, testimony, and evidence needed to win the case. She works with initial applications, requests for reconsideration, requests for hearing, and appeals at all levels of the claim. She handles cases and hearings across Texas and on a national level before the Social Security Administration across the United States. She handles appeals from hearing decision denials before the Appeals Council and the Federal Courts.
