Mike is a founding shareholder of Mohrman & Schofield PC where he focuses his practice on family law and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Utah state and federal courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mike graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Education in 1975. Maria Cruz began her legal career as a law clerk for Winder & Counsel, PC and after being admitted to the Utah State Bar was made a full Attorney at the firm. She now focuses on cases involving commercial real estate business litigation, copyright law, trademark application and prosecution and other aspects of the law. In her free time Maria is a devoted reader and enjoys writing and even has the help of her three children.
