Mr. Philip R. Boardman pursued his bachelor’s degree at Augustana College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Soon after, he earned a joint degree at Regent University, obtaining a M.A. in Public Policy and his Juris Doctor. Since then, he has opened his own practice which focuses exclusively on bankruptcy law. Michael graduated from the University of South Carolina Pettigrew School of Law in 1969 with a Juris Doctor. He was a finalist in the Prince Competition, where he demonstrated exceptional ability in appellate advocacy. He was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflicts. While in law school, he was selected by the NAACP to travel to Memphis, Tennessee. Steven M. Oser is a Tidewater native. He has been representing injured folks for 35 years. His practice and attention to his clients and their case is personal and hands on.

Richard grew up in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated from American University in 2005 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2011. While in law school, Richard was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as the Society's President from 2010-2011. He also interned for the ACLU of the Nation's Capital and clerked for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.
