Paul Miller’s association with the construction industry in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area dates back to 1967 from his high school and college summer employment in a family run commercial general construction business. Continuing in the construction industry as a general contractor following his graduation from Virginia Polytechnic & State University in 1975, Paul Miller progressed from the ground up to become President of that company until he dedicated his career to the practice of construction law in 1992.
