Charles D. Johnson is a native of Pikeville, KY. He is very excited about being able to join the attorneys at Gary C. Johnson, P.S.C. and continue the tradition of providing excellent legal service to the people of eastern Kentucky, southeastern Kentucky, and central Kentucky.

Brad earned his B.A. with honors from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) and his J.D. from the University of Houston. His law career started 30 years ago in his small hometown in Texas as a general practice which concentrated on real estate and probate matters. He was later elected to serve as County and District Attorney where he assumed responsibility for all misdemeanor and felony prosecutions. Since opening his own law office in 1997, Frank Jenkins has dedicated his practice to helping disabled workers and individuals obtain the Social Security Disability benefits to which they are entitled. Frank's law firm in Lexington serves car accidents, personal injury, social security disability, worker's compensation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and DUI/DWI offenses in Kentucky.

Chris is a Kentucky native and grew up in the Southeast Kentucky area. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. After college, Chris attended Appalachian School of Law where he received his juris doctor. Chris was ranked at the top of his class, was recognized as a Dean Scholar every semester, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
