After graduating from Washington & Lee School of law, Kara McIvor began practicing law with a South Carolina firm, assisting their North Carolina clients. She has spent the last 14 years fighting for the rights of injured workers in claims ranging from back injuries to traumatic brain injuries. Caitlin is a cum laude graduate of George Mason University where she earned her B.S. in Administration of Justice. During her time at George Mason, she was selected as a member of Alpha Phi Sigma. She also served as a mentor for the Fairfax County Probation and Parole Office. She earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law where she participated in the Innocence Project, Delta Theta Phi, and was an advisor to first year law students.
