Byron Flagg counsels landowners, business entities, individuals, and local governments on land use, zoning, environmental, regulatory, conservation, and real estate issues. Although having a statewide practice, he is focused on North Central Florida, based in GrayRobinson’s Gainesville office, his hometown. Spencer Munns is Co-President of the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Leasing. While attending Brigham Young University, he traveled to Poland to serve a two-year mission for his church. Spencer Munns has studied in various countries, including Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. He worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch before pursuing his law degree, also at Brigham Young University. While in law school, he acted as a clerk for Filice, Brown, Eassa & McLeod, and for The Fremont Group in San Francisco.

I practice land use and zoning, environmental and natural resources, and real property law, with a focus on litigation. I assist developers and property owners in negotiating the myriad of local, state and federal laws and regulations governing the development of property. Additionally, I assist clients in conducting environmental due diligence, and in securing incentives for redevelopment of contaminated property.

Leslie has dedicated her career to championing consumers – whether they were harmed by big corporations, dangerous products, medical mistakes or an unsafe environment — no issue is too big for her to tackle. She successfully prevented an incinerator from being built at University Hospital (now UF-Jacksonville), which would have polluted the air with toxic chemicals and obtained significant restrictions of other Jacksonville hospital incinerators resulting in cleaner air.
