Byron Flagg counsels landowners, business entities, individuals, and local governments on land use, zoning, environmental, regulatory, conservation, and real estate issues. Spencer Munns is Co-President of the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Leasing. While attending Brigham Young University, he traveled to Poland to serve a two-year mission for his church. Spencer Munns has studied in various countries, including Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. He worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch before pursuing his law degree, also at Brigham Young University. Additionally, I assist clients in conducting environmental due diligence, and in securing incentives for redevelopment of contaminated property.

Leslie has dedicated her career to championing consumers – whether they were harmed by big corporations, dangerous products, medical mistakes or an unsafe environment — no issue is too big for her to tackle. Before moving to Orlando last summer, I worked as an assistant county attorney in southwest Florida for 4 years. I was the primary drafter of Lee County’s comprehensive plan, land development code, and administrative codes while representing a number of county departments including planning and zoning, transportation, utilities, natural resources, and parks and recreation. Prior to working for Lee County, I worked at a private law firm practicing Real Estate, Local Government, Environmental Law, Land Use, HOA Law, and Condominium Law for nearly 10 years.
